Exterior Features
The 2022 Yukon AT4 comes with 20-inch six-spoke machined alloy wheels with carbon gray accents, along with 20-inch Goodyear all-terrain tires. GMC designed the front fascia for off-road driving, and it has an approach angle of almost 32 degrees. The front of the AT4 also has a front skid plate, horizontal red recovery hooks, LED headlights, and LED taillights with the GMC signature C-shape design. This model also comes standard with daytime running lights and LED fog lights. It also has heated and power-adjustable outside mirrors, a hands-free programmable power liftgate, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
Power
The standard engine for the Yukon AT4 is a 5.3-liter V8 that puts out 355 horsepower. A 6.2-liter V8 is optional and will get 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Both engines use a 10-speed automatic transmission, and no matter which engine is under the hood of the AT4, it comes with four-wheel drive.
Tackling rough terrain is made easier with the two-speed AutoTrac Transfer Case. It enables the AT4 to adapt to the conditions by letting you switch in and out of four-wheel drive as needed. GMC also added the option for a new Air Ride Adaptive Suspension to the Yukon. You can now raise the SUV up to two inches for more ground clearance when you have to drive over rocky terrain.
Cabin Features
Inside, the Yukon AT4 has all the comfort and convenience features you’ll need no matter where your adventure takes you. It has heated and ventilated front seats, driver’s seat memory settings, a heated steering wheel, and a power-folding third-row seat. Leather upholstery comes standard, and it has heated outboard second-row seats.
Technology
The technology features in the Yukon AT4 offer something for everyone. You’ll find a large 10.2-inch touch screen in the dash that works with a wireless version of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A nine-speaker Bose stereo system comes standard, and you’ll also get a wireless charging pad. The Rear Media and Nav Package is optional, and adding this gets you integrated navigation and an entertainment system with dual 12.6-inch display screens for the rear seat passengers.
Safety technology includes a forward-collision warning system with mitigation, hill descent control, and a rearview camera. Adding the Technology Package gets you rear cross-traffic alert with pedestrian detection, a surround-view camera, and a head-up display.
