Everything went well, my only complaint is that I asked them to use my GM rewards points when I scheduled the appointment and they forgot to do that at check out. They don’t expire so it’s not a big deal, I’ll use them at my next oil change, but it’s annoying that using the points seems to always be a hassle, no matter what dealership you get service at.

I find it utterly ridiculous that it cost $132 to replace wiper blades. I can get wiper blades at Autozone for $35 each and they put them on for free! Not to mention if my husband brought new and put them on I would be charged 2 inspections. I've been coming to this dealership for over 10 yrs and I don't think I'll be coming back. The cost of services are sky high, the labor rate is ridiculous and I'm sure the technicians don't get paid that rate. I didn't purchase my current vehicle from this dealership only because they didn't have what I was looking for but I did choose to bring it to them for state inspection since I've been a loyal customer for 10 yrs!

It was fine. I thought my salesperson was great but there was a fair amount of miscommunication regarding a mandatory dealer add-on and a significant rebate which wasn't honored after an agreed upon price because of "a computer glitch" after it went to finance. I was buying remotely and some of this more than likely could've been avoided if I was there in person. I don't believe anything nefarious was going on but I will say it did feel like it at times. Mandated dealer add ons - which I acknowledge are well within their right - feel forced and like a money grab for, to be honest, a absolutely useless add on to me which provides redundant features the car comes standard with - or ones which can be accomplished with free apps. Wasn't my best buying experience aside of the sales guy. Wish there had been more transparency. Car dealers often get a bad reputation for trying to make that extra buck once it goes to finance and I can't say these guys did much to quell that. Especially since it was such a dumb add on. But they're out there trying to make money and I get that. Ultimately, I agreed to their terms so I have no leg to stand on but it felt dirty. I can live with it.

It was easy to get service appointments for all three of our vehicles. An employee held the door open for me as I entered. The waiting area was comfortable and offered snacks and cold water. There was no pressure to accept additional services that were offered and all additional services offered were valid. The service center even washed and vacuumed one of my vehicles (the one previously purchased there) which was a very nice surprise. We are very happy to have a service center (and dealership) that we trust.

I was charged a ridiculous amount for diagnosing the problem as my battery. When I bought the car I was told I had to purchase the diagnostic Car RX app which was expensive. I was not given an option because they said it was with the car already so I had to pay for it. Then I take my car in for a car battery 4 months after I get the car and they use their own diagnostic test charging a ridiculous amount. They also had to fix a recall when it was in there. The recall I looked up after it was done was from 2023, so they sold me the vehicle with a recall not taken care of.

I asked for an "out the door " price. Was given a price and I asked for a printout of the worksheet so I would know how the price was arrived at. Was never sent the worksheet. Went to pick up the truck (1 hour away) and the "out the door" price included incentives that I was clearly unqualified for. I was also told that the vehicle would not be held for 6 hours until I was ready to arrive. We still purchased the truck (cash) but will NEVER return to this dealership. Very unprofessional!!
