2022 Hummer EV

The Hummer EV will start with the Edition 1 trim level. It will have an adaptive air suspension, a power swing gate, and the Multipro tailgate. The specially engineered 35-inch tires and 22-inch wheels provide massive ground clearance, and the standard independent front and rear suspensions allow it to tackle off-road conditions with ease. It also comes with heavy-duty ball-spline half shafts to maximize articulation. This new Hummer will come standard with the Infinity Roof and offers the option for Transparent Sky Panels. This design allows you to remove four panels and the front I-Bar and to lower the power Rear Drop Glass for an open air ride.

The Hummer EV will come with three electric motors. They will combine to generate up to 1,000 horsepower and up to 11,500 pound-feet of electrical torque. Drivers can expect to see a zero to 60 time of just 3 seconds.

GMC designed the Hummer EV to tackle types of terrain. It has smooth and efficient power for highway driving, and it also has off-road capabilities. You can even add four-wheel steering, which enables the Hummer to CrabWalk. This means that all four wheels can turn in the same direction at low speeds so the truck can move diagonally for better maneuverability. The Edition 1 pickup truck will use a 24-module battery pack that sits under the rear floor and will get up to a 350-mile range.

The Hummer's cabin will have spacious seating and seating for five. It will have moon-inspired trim elements such as a moon-boot footprint on the pedal, a white exterior, and a Lunar Horizon interior. A 13.4-inch display screen sits in the center of the dash, and a 12.3-inch instrument panel sits in front of the driver. Features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity will come standard along with a Wi-Fi hotspot and OnStar. A 14-speaker Bose stereo will also come standard with Electric Vehicle Sound Enhancement for a multisensory experience.

Standard safety features in the Hummer EV will include UltraVision with High Definition Surround Vision. It will also offer the option for Super Cruise. This system is a semi-autonomous driving feature that allows hands-free driving over 200,00 miles of compatible roads; it can even change lanes. The Hummer EV will also offer up to 18 different camera views, including a camera for the undercarriage that is waterproof so you can see what you are driving over when tackling rough terrain or use it to help with parking.
