The service is always good. The waiting area is not good. It requires going down steps which is harder for the older people to do. When people are talking in areas around the waiting area it carries into the waiting area making it very noisy . The waiting area is also to small. I mention this on every survey but only once did someone contact me and told me they would check on it and get back in touch. NEVER DID. On my last survey I mention the other person who was in the waiting area was driving a Cadillac and the dealership washed his vehicle after the service. I paid $46,000 for my new Buick and they never wash my vehicle. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK ON THAT EITHER. I also have a 2015 Chevy truck I bought from another dealership, each and every time I get it serviced they wash it. We plan to buy a new vehicle in the coming year, I am sure it will be from a dealer who cares about their customers.

Overall, it was good. But there were a lot of strange things. First the 172 point checklist, had the tires tread depth listed as between 7/32 and 8/32. Then after buying the truck, With just under 48000 miles on it. I discover the 45000 mile brake fluid and coolant replacements were not completed. But they did a fresh oil change. This makes me wonder what else is lurking to be found of incredibly expensive services.
