Took my new 2020 Sierra HD in to have a thumping- knocking noise checked out. At first i was told its not a normal sound, then I was told it is a normal sound on all the new Duramax engines. I took it to an independent mechanic, he could not pinpoint where the knock was coming from. the knock is so pronounced that it can be felt radiating in solenoids on top of the engine and in the radiator housing. I would like to come back to the dealership and drive one of the other 2020 Duramax equipped trucks that "make the same sound".

I hate the car I got.I didn't check it out very well.I have no leg room or no trunk room.And when we broth it back you didn't want to give me much for the car.And it was still new.S I keep it for 3 years and trade it.But I never get a buick again.

Not happy with the last transaction. I addressed the fact that the truck had a loud noise in the wheel baring, the tires were cupping and the absence of a spare tire and rusted spare tire holding rack. The service manager was very condescending to my husband when he called to discuss our wanting this fixed if paying full price for the truck. My husband has 50 yrs experience as an auto mechanic and was told that those tires normally cup it is the brand. We have the same tires on one of our trucks and the are fine. It take a lost to upset my husband but he will not even step foot in this dealership. I was told by the manager when I mentions how loud the truck was going down the road his reply " you know this is a big truck and that is normal." I know I am a female but I am not car/truck stupid. I know better I have a 2004 3500 diesel and the tires don't sing load and a wheel baring doesn't hum. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past 2 years and I don't feel we were treated properly on this deal. It will be our last purchase and we do know a lot of people and we will share our story with anyone that tells us they may purchase from this dealership. We were under the understanding that with our full price offer you were going to make the truck right. We are now spending more money to purchase a spare, new tires and replace the wheel baring. Not what one wants to do when they just paid 29,000.00 for a truck. Mike Shear our sales person is the best thing you have going there for you. He is awesome.
